Friends of Kirton Church 10th Birthday Festival

Friends of Kirton Church
On Saturday 24th July from 11am to 5pm we will be celebrating our Tenth Birthday Festival, and we hope everyone will come and join us. There will be flowers and music in the church, and a chance to see the wonderful collection of embroidered vestments. There will be craftspeople at work, exhibitions of church and local history including the Felixstowe Family History Group and lunches and teas in the Church Hall.
There will be children’s activities, Felixstowe Vintage Prams, and best of all, the Mummers are coming! UPFRONT Productions will present a mummers’ play several times during the day.
More details will be published as the arrangements are confirmed, but it promises to be a lively and interesting day for all ages.
The plan is coming together, but we do need a few more volunteers to help on the day, so if you would like to help in any way please contact Eddie Colvill on 448378.

If you're not a Friend already and can't make it to our Celebration, then maybe you would consider joining us. Annual subscription is only £8 individual or £12 family. If you sign up you'll receive a free copy of our “Guide to the Church & Its History” (RRP £5) along with regular newsletters and know you'll be helping to preserve this unique testimony to local history.
