On 23rd October 2010, we will be performing the final part of ‘The Village Hall Trilogy’
‘The Wedding’ By John Bartlett will be directed by Stuart Brindle.
The previous two parts sold out so hurry up before its too late!
You can get hold of a ticket priced at £10 per person by calling 01394 448238 and we can post them to you if you do not live locally in Kirton. This is at no extra cost!
This year we’re introducing new cast members,: Ann Kearney from Felixstowe Radio, Alan Porter from the Deben Players and Andy Frost. We are delighted that they have come on board for this special production and look forward to meeting their many ‘fans’ on the production night.
The plot synopsis of the ‘The Wedding’ is as follows. The ladies of the village WI are putting the finishing touches to the reception hall on the morning of the wedding, when in marches the heavily pregnant bride to be. She is angry and upset at rumours that her beloved groom has gone missing! He was last seen at his dubious stag do in The White Horse pub! Mayhem ensues as the ladies franticly fend off mischievous Scouts, try to locate said groom and calm the bride to be who is intent on getting drunk.
So if you enjoy popular TV shows such as ‘Jam & Jerusalem’, ‘Acorn Antiques’ and ‘Catherine Tate’ come along to ‘The Wedding’ for a hilarious evening of food and entertainment. (A buffet is included in the price, as we will be eating the wedding guest’s food!)

HALLOWEEN FUNDRAISING PARTY
Raising money for Help for Heroes and 107.5 FM. All proceeds will be divided between the beneficiaries.
30th October 7.30pm onwards. Tickets are just £5.00 per person. BBQ & Buffet included in the price.
Kirton Church Hall will be transformed into a spooky setting for a BBQ, Buffet and Music with a Halloween theme. So come along either as ‘you are’ or as someone else!
