Effort required
Effort = Estimated duration / (Complexity value * Start Priority)
Thus the longer the project duration, the greater the effort will be required
Later the start (Priority) => less effort now.
BUT Start date will reduce over time, raising the effort required.
Greater the (un)complexity factor (remember 1=complex; 5 = simple), less the effort.
